ADVICE: Medical question about my situation with hubby

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about a year now, we recently discovered he had bilateral varicocele ( a dilation of veins in the scrotrum which negatively affect semen peremeters in terms of count, motility and morphology) he had less than 2mil count while motility and morphology of his sperm was also not good. He had surgery to have it resolved using the (varicocelectomy procedure) some weeks ago and from the look of things everything seems right as we have even
resumed BD .
We Would like to hear experiences of people that may have gone through this and when conception happened after the surgery..
